We will track emerging frontiers in human rights scholarship, including struggles over new institutions for accountability, new frameworks such as water rights, the role of advocacy, and global migration. Our papers consider developments within global institutions, national-level truth commissions, migrant host societies, and conflicts in Mexico and India.
